How do we find true healing in the age of chronic unwell?  How can we find health sovereignty?

Join us for part II of Sovereign Health.  In part one, we focused on how to read the signs of disease and the foundation of what it means to feed your body what it needs to thrive.

In Sovereign Health II, we are taking you into the world of the Autonomic Nervous System.

Your Nervous System weaves through every aspect of your well-being.  This system can affect your reality and play a part in a variety of illnesses and disease.  We want to guide you to solutions to have on hand when you need them and/or help you come back to a place of feeling like yourself again if you are already struggling.

Specifically, we will be diving deep into Mast Cell Activation, Long Covid symptoms and health challenges and how to address these using botanicals, nutraceuticals and holistic approaches.

Did you know that MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome can include:

  • Brain fog, cognitive dysfunction, and fatigue
  • Mood disorders and anxiety
  • Migraines
  • Disrupted heart rate and blood pressure challenges
  • Digestive upset, ranging from chronic loose stools to constipation
  • A very long list of immune and inflammatory responses
  • Widespread inflammation, which can look like horrible allergies, skin rashes, itchy skin, irritability and not feeling like yourself

And did you know MCAS can be caused by infections (such as COVID or Lyme), toxins and mold, chemicals, physical trauma and psychological trauma?

The reason we are covering MCAS and Long Covid in our upcoming workshop is because it is so common for folks to be experiencing some or many of the above issues. And we have some answers for you!

Your guides for this workshop, Aron and Audrey, live what we teach.  Both of us are Clinical Herbalists, avid foragers, medicine makers and life-long seekers of the answer to vibrant health for humans and the earth. We have cultivated a lifestyle of well-being and this is how we lead in our practice as Herbalists.  Our mission for this workshop is to share this invaluable wisdom with you.

Come ready for hands-on learning that will include tastings of teas, herbal remedies and more.

We welcome you with open arms for a beautiful day together at the Wild Moon Apothecary.
