Feeding my family is so important to me that over 7 years ago I opened up an organic gluten-free cafe to serve nourishing food to my community. And a year later my family and I started a small urban farm to supply food for the cafe and our family.
My family and I experienced first hand the benefits of eating pesticide-free plant-based meals and I wanted everyone in our community to have access to delicious food that can heal.
I'm bringing my foundational knowledge and experience from not only my home kitchen but 7 years of running a plant-based, non-GMO eatery and 6 years running a small urban farm and over a decade of being a practicing home herbalist to this course.
