Feeding my family is so important to me that 8 years ago I opened up an organic gluten-free cafe to serve nourishing food to my community. And a year later my family and I started a small urban farm to supply food for the cafe and our family. the cafe, after over 7 years has had her final day and now I'm fully focused on our farm, growing medicinal herbs.
My family and I experienced first hand the benefits of eating pesticide-free plant-based meals and I wanted everyone in our community to have access to delicious food that can heal.
I'm bringing my foundational knowledge and experience from not only my home kitchen but 7.5 years of running a non-GMO eatery and 7 years running a small urban farm and over a decade of being a practicing home herbalist, to this program. What I teach is how I live.
