Feeding my family is so important to me that 6 years ago I opened up a cafe to serve nourishing food to my community. And a year later my family and I started a small urban farm to supply food for the cafe and our family.
My family and I experienced first hand the benefits of eating pesticide-free plant-based meals and I wanted everyone in our community to have access to delicious food that can heal.
I'm bringing my foundational knowledge and experience from not only my home kitchen but 6 years of running a plant-based, non-GMO eatery and 5 years running a small urban farm to this membership.
